Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Crystal Reports for complex business needs

Integrate reports with multiple data sources ensuring accuracy and performance

Provide production support (L2 & L3), troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes

Collaborate with stakeholders and execute projects using Agile methodology

Document technical architecture and define best practices for reporting solutions

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Crystal Reports (2016 and latest versions)SQL, PL/SQL; SQL ServerSSRS, BIRT, Gupta Report BuilderFamiliarity with Azure, AWS, and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Git)Strong debugging and optimization skills
