CRO Specialist

Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 1300000 (ie INR 6-13 LPA)

As a CRO Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the performance of digital platforms. You will manage the full experimentation lifecyclefrom customer research and hypothesis creation to A/B testing, result analysis, and scaling successful strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Research & Insights

• Partner with product teams to analyze customer behavior and derive actionable insights.
• Convert research findings into hypotheses ready for testing.

Experimentation Management

• Lead end-to-end execution of conversion experiments: from ideation and design to quality control, analysis, and implementation of successful outcomes.

Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies and improve CRO processes to maximize testing velocity and impact across teams.

Stakeholder Communication

• Deliver structured updates to cross-functional teams on experiment status, results, and next steps.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Support junior team members and promote a strong culture of experimentation within the organization.

What You Bring

• Total experience of 5+ years, with at least 3 years in a CRO or related optimization role
• Educational background in Marketing, Psychology, Data Science, or a relevant field
• Hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimization and running A/B tests
• Familiarity with tools and concepts such as GA4, HTML/CSS/JavaScript (basic), and REGEX
• Strong problem-solving mindset with an ability to balance user needs and business goals
• Experience in an e-commerce or fast-paced digital environment is highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
