Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the customer relationship team to ensure prompt and effective client communication.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints swiftly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Work with internal departments and senior leadership to align customer service with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.
• Customise solutions by understanding individual customer profiles and expectations.
• Use CRM tools to manage data, track customer interactions, and generate insightful business reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a similar field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such customer support or sales roles.
• Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptable team player with a Problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. (Added advantage)
