The CRM Possession Manager will be responsible for managing the possession process at the Dahisar project and later supporting CRM and sales activities at Shatataraka. The role requires ensuring smooth handovers, addressing customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and overseeing final payment collections.
Manage end-to-end possession process, ensuring timely and smooth handovers to customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Operations, and Project teams for seamless possession execution.
Follow up on final payment collections and maintain accurate financial records.
Maintain detailed CRM records, track interactions, and prepare regular reports for management.
Post-possession, support Shatataraka project with CRM and sales operations, including lead follow-ups and customer engagement.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.
36 years of experience in real estate possession management, CRM, or related roles.
Proven track record of handling smooth possessions and customer issue resolution.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-centric approach with high attention to detail.
