CRM Manager to AGM

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will be responsible for overseeing lease collection or mall leasing collection activities at our Noida Sec-63 Head Office. With 7-10 years of relevant experience, you should have a strong grasp of commercial leasing and rental collections. Your negotiation skills should be exceptional, backed by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Being analytical and detail-oriented, you must exhibit proficiency in preparing MIS reports and working with ERP systems. On the other hand, as a Manager to Sr. Manager in CRM, you will focus on documentation preparation, execution, and coordination. Based at our Noida Sec-63 Head Office, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field. Your responsibilities will include preparing and executing documentation, as well as ensuring smooth execution by following up with customers. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, along with a good knowledge of Excel, are essential for this role. Both positions offer competitive salaries ranging from 25k-35k for the CRM Manager to Sr. Manager role and 45k-50k for the AGM position. The salary is negotiable for deserving candidates.
