Roles & Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.
• Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services.
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
• Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those.
• Follow-up with clients as per process.
• Payment collections as per schedule.
• Weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation based on KPIs.

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of experience (internship in relevant domain is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Good relationship management and networking skills.
• Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and also execute the same.
• Enjoys working in a highly charged environment.
• Well-versed in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
