Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Executive located in Noida. The Facility Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring optimal building management, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with service providers, monitoring facility budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
• Proven track record in Building Management and Maintenance
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Communication
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
