Job Description: Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM software. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth communication. Follow up with clients regarding payments, documentation, and project updates. Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure client satisfaction. Prepare MIS reports and maintain proper documentation. Assist in client meetings, calls, and property visits when required.Key Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate industry.
