Job Description

CRM Executive

Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in US Voice Process

  • Strong US Accent is a must

  • Candidates from KPO / BPO backgrounds preferred

Work Timings:

  • 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST
  • Note: No travel/transport facility provided

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer database in the CRM system
  • Track, assign, and follow up on incoming leads
  • Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely lead conversion
  • Monitor lead status and prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Maintain communication logs and customer interaction history
