CRM Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our marketing team. The CRM Executive with back end support to the Marketing team

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and implement marketing projects with responsibilities that include social media, public relations, and creating marketing materials.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.

Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).

Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activity.

Assist in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.

Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.

Requirements:

- Need Male Candidates only

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Proven experience as CRM or similar role.

- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and techniques.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software, and online applications .

- Experience in social media management and content creation.

- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
