Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our dynamic real estate team in Hubli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating post-sales activities, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from booking to possession. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer information and project-related details. Follow up on documentation, agreement signing, payment schedules, and loan processing. Coordinate between sales, legal, accounts, and site teams to ensure smooth post-sales operations. Assist clients with project updates, milestone communication, and handover formalities. Schedule site visits and handle client service issues with a customer-first approach. Manage customer feedback, complaints, and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments. Track and report on payment follow-ups, collection targets, and client engagement metrics. Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company policies. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude Basic knowledge of real estate documentation and processes Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and email communication Good organizational and coordination skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field 1–4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, or Client Relations (Real Estate background preferred) Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate operations is a plus Why Join Us?
