Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative – Real Estate Location: Hubli Industry: Real Estate Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year Education: Any Graduate Salary: Based on experience + Incentives Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic real estate team in Hubli. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and customer relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through various channels such as field visits, tele-calling, references, and digital platforms Attend client inquiries and schedule property site visits Explain project details, features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers Follow up with leads and convert them into successful closures Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare daily/weekly reports and update CRM systems Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction and client servicing Requirements: Male/Female candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in real estate or field sales Strong interpersonal and convincing skills Local candidates from Hubli preferred Good communication in Kannada, Hindi, and English Two-wheeler with valid license is a must Self-motivated, presentable, and target-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,276.06 - ₹19,908.24 per month Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9008044217
