CRM Executive Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, handle leads efficiently, and ensure an exceptional post-sales experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in real estate CRM or customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:

• Handle all client queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential buyers.
• Act as a single point of contact between the client and the sales/operations team.

2. Lead Management:

• Update and track leads through the CRM software.
• Coordinate follow-ups with potential clients and ensure timely conversion.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer data.

3. Post-Sales Coordination:

• Coordinate with the accounts, legal, and project teams for documentation, payment schedules, and possession-related updates.
• Ensure timely communication to customers regarding project progress, payment reminders, and handover updates.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports with the management team.
• Track client satisfaction and recommend improvement areas.

5. Event & Communication Support:

• Assist in customer engagement activities, site visits, and handover events.
• Support marketing and sales teams in sending project-related communications, newsletters, and updates.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or real estate-specific software)
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of real estate sales and customer documentation
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
