Post-Sales Customer Relationship Management Follow up for Disbursement/Payment with the customer and bank. Generate and send Demand Letters to respective customers. Maintain customer progress data and follow-up data. Follow up with documentation for the timely delivery of each customer's Agreement, Sale Deed (SD), Registration (REG), No Objection Certificate (NOC), Receipt of Completion (ROC), etc. Solve customers post-sales queries. Ensure no delay for the receipt of payment or in generating demand. Handle customer walk-ins for each project individually. Maintain all customer data in the software. Enter customer payment details in the software. Documentation and Compliance Generate necessary documentation from the software , including: Customer Possession documents Agreements NOCs Any other required documents Follow up with the customer and Registration Agent/Office regarding the Stamp Duty/Registration process. Ensure all documents are correctly made, franked, and duly signed by both parties (customer and directors). Ensure no delay or mistake regarding any documentation process.
