About Marut Drones

  • Manage and administer ZOHO CRM platforms to ensure smooth operations, data integrity, and system optimization.
  • Customize and configure CRM modules, workflows, and automation to suit business processes and reporting needs.
  • Train and support internal teams in effective use of ZOHO CRM, including conducting CRM Training workshops and preparing MIS.
  • Analyze and interpret CRM data to provide actionable insights lead analysis, customer behavior, sales trends, and operational performance.
  • Design and execute customer retention and engagement campaigns using integrated CRM tools (email, SMS, loyalty programs, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, and sales teams for coordinated customer communication, pipeline tracking, and campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on ZOHO platform enhancements, recommending, and implementing upgrades or improvements as suited to evolving business needs.
  • Ensure accurate lead management, data hygiene, and workflow transparency within the CRM for all pipeline activities.
  • Integrate ZOHO CRM with other business tools as needed, analytics, and communications platforms.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Hands-on expertise with ZOHO CRM, including workflows, automation, MIS reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and segmentation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalfor training, support, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Proven problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with data management, campaign execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Track record of successfully collaborating within diverse, cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and project deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with ZOHO CRM administration or customer relationship roles.
  • Prior experience in digital transformation, CRM training/support, or analytics preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
