CRM Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven CRM Manager / Executive to lead our customer relationship management strategies. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing the CRM system, optimizing customer journeys, executing data-driven campaigns, and improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty

Manage the day-to-day operation of the CRM platform (LeadSquared )

Segment the customer database for targeted and personalized marketing campaigns

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service to align CRM strategies with business goals

Analyze customer data and campaign performance; report key metrics and insights

Oversee the automation of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing

Drive initiatives to improve customer experience based on behavior and feedback

Work with IT or external vendors for CRM system upgrades and integrations

Skills and Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

0.6– 1 years of experience in CRM, customer marketing, or data-driven campaign management

Hands-on experience with CRM tools like ( leadsquare )

Technical Skills:

Strong analytical skills and experience with data segmentation and reporting tools

(Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI)

Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, ActiveCampaign)

Familiarity with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

Customer-centric mindset with an eye for detail

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Customer lifetime value (CLV)

CRM campaign performance (open rate, click-through rate, conversion)

Database growth and segmentation accuracy
