CRM Executive Job Role Description: Outbound Calling: Call potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service. Follow up on leads generated by marketing. Inbound Calling (if applicable): Answer incoming calls from customers. Resolve customer queries or redirect to the appropriate department. Customer Interaction: Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain a positive and professional tone with every interaction. Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate call logs, feedback, and notes. Update the CRM system with customer interactions. Follow-up: Call back interested customers. Ensure customer satisfaction post-interaction. Skills Required: Good communication skills in Hindi and English Listening and interpersonal skills Persuasive and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Patience and problem-solving abilities Qualifications: Minimum 10th/12th pass or Graduate (depends on company) Prior experience is a plus but not always required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: Remote
