Role Overview

We are looking for a female CRM Executive with strong communication and coordination skills to manage customer interactions and ensure smooth order execution.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in CRM or Sales Coordination and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer records, inquiries, and order details in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for timely order execution.
• Track order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for management review.
• Handle customer communications promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Support CRM analysis, reporting, and process improvement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
• Strong coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Preference will be given to female candidates with relevant experience.
