Job Description

Overall Job Objective: Manage and optimize the company's customer database. Ensure effective communication with clients and provide excellent customer service. Improve customer engagement and satisfaction. Drive sales and customer retention. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Manage and maintain customer relationships through CRM systems. Gather, analyze, and interpret customer data to identify trends and opportunities. Design and execute customer retention and acquisition strategies. Implement and manage CRM platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Customer Communication and Service: Provide timely and effective customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints, and issues. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Data Management and Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data within the CRM system. Create and present reports on CRM performance and key metrics. Monitor customer behavior and campaign performance. Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement CRM strategies to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams. Identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and satisfaction. Process Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to CRM processes and workflows. Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM technologies and best practices. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
