Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the

  Odoo CRM

  system, ensuring accurate records of customers, leads, and prospects.
• Update and maintain

  customer and prospect databases

• Segment data

  for targeted marketing campaigns, appointment reminders, promotions, and retention activities.
• Generate

  reports and dashboards

  to monitor engagement, lead conversion, and marketing performance.
• Collaborate closely with the

• Ensure

  data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in

  Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration

• Proven experience managing

  CRM systems (preferably Odoo CRM)
