CRM Coordinator & Support Executive

We’re hiring motivated freshers at Software@Work across two core positions:

1. CRM Coordinator.

2. Tally Support Executive.

Roles and Responsibilities: (please note that these are two separate roles; please make sure to mention which role you are applying to in the screening questions.)

1. CRM Coordinator:

This role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations by keeping our CRM clean, updated, and well-organised. You’ll track leads, assign them to the right team members, follow up on overdue tasks, and support the team with reports and dashboards. You will also help new team members with onboarding, coordinate between sales, service, and marketing teams, and improve processes wherever needed to keep everything running efficiently.

2. Tally Support:

In this role, you will support customers using Tally by answering their questions, resolving issues, and guiding them through the software. You will use your strong knowledge of Tally and accounting concepts to explain features in an easy-to-understand manner and troubleshoot technical problems. You will also work with internal teams to report bugs and suggest improvements, stay updated on new software features, and help identify customer concerns to provide effective solutions. Additionally, you will assist in training and onboarding new users to ensure they can use the software confidently and smoothly.

What should you have?

• Freshers – 1 year's experience only must apply.
• Graduate - Bachelor's degree.
• Good Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills.
• Must have a strong understanding of accounting/Tally Prime with GST.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, funnels, and operational workflows.
• Detail-orientated with excellent organisational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, MIS reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets.

Job Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai.

Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 per month.

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
