The CRM and Back Office Specialist will be responsible for managing back office operations, ensuring smooth customer service interactions, handling financial tasks, and assisting with sales processes. This role involves coordinating with various departments to maintain accurate records, processing customer requests, and providing comprehensive support to the finance and sales teams.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
