Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Intensivist to join our healthcare team in Singrauli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing critically ill patients in the ICU, providing expert care, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Perform advanced life support procedures, including ventilator management and emergency interventions.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and life-threatening conditions.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Guide and train junior doctors, residents, and ICU nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with ICU protocols, infection control policies, and ethical standards.
• Communicate effectively with patient families regarding condition, prognosis, and treatment plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonology, Anesthesiology, or Internal Medicine (with Critical Care specialization).
• Valid medical registration/license to practice.
• Hands-on experience in ICU management and critical care procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
