As a Crisis Communications Manager located in Surat, you will play a vital role in developing and executing communication strategies to effectively manage high-pressure and crisis situations. Your responsibilities will include drafting press releases, preparing statements, coordinating responses to media inquiries, monitoring public and media sentiment, and providing communication guidance to the leadership team. Proactive planning to mitigate reputational risks and conducting post-crisis evaluations to enhance future strategies will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies for crisis situations - Draft press releases and official statements - Coordinate responses to media inquiries - Monitor public and media sentiment - Advise leadership on communication approaches - Conduct post-crisis evaluations to refine future strategies Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in Communication Strategy, Media Relations, and Public Relations - Proficiency in Crisis Management and Risk Assessment methodologies - Expertise in Drafting Press Releases, Public Statements, and other official communication materials - Analytical and Monitoring skills to track public sentiment and evaluate communication strategies - Leadership and decision-making abilities to guide teams and advise executives during high-pressure situations - Experience in working with media outlets or industries with significant public engagement is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field required. Advanced degrees preferred but not mandatory.
