Criminal Lawyer

Role Overview: As a Criminal Lawyer at The Broseph Foundation, you will be based in Bengaluru and responsible for representing victims in court, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and providing counsel on legal matters. Your daily tasks will include meeting with victims, visiting police stations for FIRs, attending court hearings, obtaining case updates, sending legal notices, and collaborating with other members of the legal team. Additionally, staying updated on new regulations and laws relevant to criminal law will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Represent victims in court proceedings - Conduct legal research to support cases - Prepare legal documents for court submissions - Provide counsel on legal matters to victims - Meet with victims to understand their cases - Visit police stations for FIRs and case details - Attend court hearings on behalf of clients - Obtain case updates and progress reports - Send legal notices as required - Collaborate with other members of the legal team - Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations related to criminal law Qualification Required: - Experience in representing clients in court and conducting legal research - Strong skills in legal document preparation and providing legal counsel - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a team - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations - Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field - Membership in the Bar Council of Karnataka,
