Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Gurugram. Crew Members at Burgrill India will be responsible for daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service. Roles involve assisting in taking orders, assembling food orders, adhering to health and safety standards, and supporting team members to create a seamless dining experience for the customers. The role will require energy, dedication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food preparation, safety and hygiene practices, and a passion for delivering exceptional quality in food and service.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in food preparation and service.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset for handling customer inquiries and operational challenges.
• Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the restaurant's operations.
