You are invited to join our bakery outlet team in Chennai, where your role will involve attending to customers, managing billing, and ensuring a welcoming and hygienic work environment. As part of your responsibilities, you will greet customers, help them choose bakery items, process orders through the POS system, and maintain product displays, stock levels, and cleanliness. Collaboration with kitchen staff and supporting team operations will also be essential, along with handling customer queries and complaints with courtesy. Additionally, you may be required to assist in training new staff members. To be eligible for this position, you should have a minimum qualification of 10th or 12th standard, or any degree. Freshers are welcome to apply, with proficiency in Tamil (Basic English skills are preferred). Good communication abilities, honesty, and a team-oriented mindset are highly valued, and prior experience in retail or bakery settings will be advantageous. The offered salary ranges from 10,000 to 16,000 per month, with additional benefits including performance bonuses, yearly increments, Provident Fund (PF), paid sick leave, casual leave, staff snacks, and uniform provision.
