Job Description

RBL Bank Ltd is looking for Credit Rating Analyst to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Analyzes financial data, industry trends, and economic conditions to assess the creditworthiness of companies, institutions, or securities. Prepares credit reports, rating rationales, and risk assessments for internal and external use. Develops financial models to evaluate debt structures, repayment capacity, and covenant compliance. Interacts with company management to gather qualitative insights during rating evaluations. Monitors changes in market and company performance to determine necessary rating adjustments. Presents findings to rating committees and supports transparency in methodology and rating decisions. Stays updated on global regulatory frameworks, accounting standards, and sector developments. Provides risk mitigation strategies and guidance to internal stakeholders and clients.
