Role Overview 1. Department / team / sub-team Objective: Credit and operations, CPA 2. Area of responsibility: Conduct a voice PD to understand the customer's requirements and categorize them according to the policy. 3. Key results / outputs and impact on organizational goal: Ensure a smooth and transparent experience for the customer during the credit screening process. 4. Duties of the role: Analyze the customer’s information and gather the necessary documents to initiate the underwriting process. 5. Things candidate is expected to do by themselves: Doc validation, understanding customer’s background, Customer’s actual requirement, Customer’s intention. 6. Things they will get guidance / support on?: To evaluate the customer Required Skills & Competencies (Key competencies and skills required for success in this role) • Technical Skills: Excel, Karza, 35+ wpm typing speed, Outlook • Communication Skills: Hindi verbal communication, English email communication, ready for the calling process. • Customer Backward thinking: Understands and anticipates customer needs, provides consistent quality service and maintains a strong customer-oriented mindset – Analyze whether the customer actually wants to finance or has the intention to commit fraud. • Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues and find creative, effective solutions – i.e. If a customer hasn't received a utility bill for six months, but policy requires the current month’s utility bill, should we address this issue or risk losing the customer?
