Key Responsibilities: Login Assistance & Onboarding: Guide customers through the login process on digital platforms. Provide technical support and resolve basic login issues. Ensure smooth onboarding and verification. Disbursal Process Support: Coordinate and assist in the disbursal process as per internal SOPs. Work with internal teams to ensure timely disbursals. Track and update disbursal status. Customer Calling & Digital Documentation: Call customers for information verification and follow-up. Guide customers on submitting necessary digital documents. Ensure completeness and accuracy of collected documents. MIS Reporting & Data Entry: Maintain basic reports using MS Excel. Update and track customer and process data. Share periodic updates with internal stakeholders. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
