As a Credit Services Manager at HSBC, your role involves delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers while safeguarding the bank's interests. You will be responsible for reviewing security documents, recommending changes to HUB limits, overseeing security creation and perfection, and tracking CARM approval comments and conditions. It is essential to monitor credit limits effectively, drive automation initiatives, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, and support the preparation of internal and external MI/reporting. Your responsibilities also include maintaining adherence to agreed SLAs, improving turnaround times, enhancing straight-through processing (STP), and reducing costs and error rates. Additionally, you will be required to ensure proper housekeeping practices are followed.
