About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit appraisal and underwriting of secured retail loan applications up to 2 Crore.
  
• Analyze financial documents, banking, income, collateral, and customer background.
  
• Conduct personal discussions (PDs) with applicants when required.
  
• Work closely with sales, legal, technical, and operations teams for seamless processing.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policy and risk controls.
  
• Monitor portfolio health and take proactive steps to control delinquencies.
  
• Stay updated with market trends and provide feedback to the leadership team.
  

Candidate Profile:

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in credit underwriting for secured retail loans (preferably in the NCR region).
  
• Sound understanding of local market dynamics
  
• Ability to assess proposals independently and make sound credit decisions.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
