Credit Maint Analyst

As an Ops Sup Analyst 1 at our company, your role involves providing operations support services such as record/documentation maintenance, account maintenance, and acting as a liaison between various stakeholders. Your main objective is to offer day-to-day operations support in line with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Perform business analysis and document current and future state of Client Reports and Advices - Provide regular status updates and create presentations for project updates - Liaise with Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign-off on regulatory business requirements - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology - Create and facilitate training sessions, webcast demos, and write User Acceptance Test scripts - Manage project plans and follow-ups across departments - Work on multiple projects simultaneously focusing on regulatory client deliverables - Ensure exceptional client experience by fulfilling client needs and meeting specific metrics - Appropriately assess risk in business decisions to safeguard Citigroup, its clients, and assets Qualifications: - Previous relevant experience preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office - General knowledge of client reporting in the industry - Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries - Strong organization and time management skills - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills,
