Job Description

We are looking for a

Credit Life Officer (CLO)

to join the

Sales team

. The role involves driving

credit life insurance business

through tie-ups with banks and NBFC partners, maintaining strong customer and partner relationships, and ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell credit life insurance products through partner banks and NBFCs.
Build strong business relationships with channel partners and their staff.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Provide product training and support to partner staff.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
13 years of experience in Life Insurance / BFSI Sales / Credit Life / Bancassurance preferred.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
