Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up daily with vendors for timely collections.
• Interact with clients and address any concerns or grievances promptly and professionally.
• Engage with clients to recover outstanding payments.
• Conduct field visits as per client appointments to facilitate payment collection.
• Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must have strong experience with Advance Excel.
• Must have experience in B2B segment.
• Solid analytical and presentation skills.
• In-depth market knowledge.
