Credit Card Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused Credit Card Sales Executives for one of India’s leading banking institutions. As a hiring partner, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about financial products, sales growth, and customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling various credit card products to potential customers, building lasting relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets through field and tele-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell bank credit card products to retail and corporate clients through direct sales, telemarketing, and field visits.
• Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable credit card options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers for repeat business.
• Ensure smooth documentation and application processing of credit card forms.
• Coordinate with the bank’s internal teams to ensure timely approval and activation of cards.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by management.
• Stay updated with the latest offers, benefits, and features of bank card products.
• Provide post-sales support and address customer queries in a professional manner.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent)
• Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in credit card sales / banking / financial product sales
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English (local language knowledge preferred)

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Good understanding of banking and financial products
• Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service mindset with attention to detail

Work Environment:

• Type: Full-time, Field & Office-based role
• Working Days: 6 days a week (as per banking schedule)
• Location: Raipur and nearby operational areas
