Job Title: Credit Card Sales Executive Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit card products to potential customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, explaining product features and benefits, completing application processes, and achieving monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Actively approach potential customers in various locations (e.g., malls, offices, public areas, events). Promote and sell credit card products offered by the bank or financial institution. Explain credit card features, benefits, terms, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers. Assist customers in completing credit card applications accurately and completely. Conduct initial eligibility checks and collect necessary documents. Follow up with potential clients and ensure timely submission of applications. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit card products, offers, and industry trends. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. Coordinate with the back-office team to ensure smooth application processing and card delivery. Provide post-sales support and address customer queries or complaints professionally. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass minimum 6 months of experience in direct sales, preferably in financial products or credit card sales. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure. Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of banking and credit card products is an advantage. Proficiency in local language(s) and English. Preferred Attributes:Experience in field sales, telesales, or retail banking.
