Job Description

  • Process credit card applications and ensure complete documentation
  • Verify KYC, customer details, and application accuracy
  • Coordinate with sales, verification, underwriting, and fulfillment teams
  • Track application status and ensure TAT adherence
  • Manage card issuance, dispatch, and activation support
  • Handle post-issuance operations including limits, upgrades, and corrections
  • Resolve customer queries, discrepancies, and operational issues
  • Maintain system updates, MIS, and operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and internal controls
  • Support process improvements for operational efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
