Conduct Personal Discussions (PDs) to understand applicant profile, income
sources, and repayment intent.Assist in preparing Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs) covering financial and non-financial risk factors.Support in basic underwriting, identifying risksEnsure accuracy and completeness in documentation and support audit readiness.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates (with Credit experience) or MBA in Finance (Freshers), CA(Chartered Accountant)Strong interest in lending, credit appraisal, or banking operations.Basic understanding of financial documents, income assessment, and business models.Must own an Android smartphone and a two-wheeler (bike) with valid license Mandatory for field travel.Proficient in Tamil and English.Willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts in the State
