US Healthcare Credentialing & Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all US healthcare regulatory and accrediting institutions.

Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new healthcare staff within set timelines.

Monitor and track staff credentials, licenses, renewals, and expirations.

Advise and assist staff with credentialing and compliance procedures.

Develop, implement, and refine internal credentialing and compliance processes.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of licenses, credentials, and insurance contracts.

Handle information requests and releases in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in US healthcare credentialing and compliance.Strong knowledge of US healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

Onboarding (Team Lead & Manager) - Lead and mentor a team of onboarding executives, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
   •    Oversee daily operations to ensure timely onboarding and credentialing of healthcare professionals.   •    Set up compliance checklists for new clients and ensure adherence to Joint Commission standards.   •    Conduct audits to verify accuracy and completeness of onboarding and credentialing documentation.   •    Manage client relationships, address escalations, and ensure satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.   •    Participate in higher management discussions for process optimization and team development.   •    Support internal hiring and participate in interviews for new team members.   •    Prepare and analyze performance reports, audit summaries, and MIS dashboards.
