Credentialing Specialist

As a Credentialing Specialist at our company located in Noida, M2 Business Park, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare or dental credentialing process. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Processing and maintaining credentialing and recredentialing applications for healthcare/dental providers. - Verifying licensure, education, training, certifications, and work history. - Communicating with insurance companies and state/federal agencies for timely enrollment. - Tracking and following up on credentialing applications to ensure deadlines are met. - Maintaining accurate and organized records in credentialing databases and systems. - Responding to credentialing-related queries from providers or internal teams. To excel in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 1 year of credentialing experience, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting. - Comfort working night shifts that align with U.S. time zones. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. - Familiarity with credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience working with U.S.-based healthcare providers or dental organizations.
