We are looking for a highly talented, passionate, and creative Video Editor who is an expert in shooting and editing Reels/Shorts with a professional, modern, and innovative approach. This role requires someone with extraordinary creativity, a sharp eye for detail, and a love for turning raw footage into scroll-stopping, viral-worthy content.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

1. Reel/Short Video Shooting

 Shoot dynamic, aesthetic, and engaging vertical videos

 Use creative camera movements and transitions

 Capture cinematic b-roll, interviews, product shots, POV content

 Ensure lighting, framing, and audio quality at professional level

2.Video Editing

 Edit high-quality Reels/Shorts with strong storytelling

 Use advanced transitions, speed ramps, sound design

 Work with Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / AE

 Add branded visual styles, animations, overlays, kinetic text

 Craft smooth, engaging hooks to increase retention ်ျြွှဿ၀

3. Color Grading & Visual Treatment

 Apply professional color correction & grading

 Maintain aesthetic consistency and brand identity ᠪᠫᠬᠭᠮ

4. Sound Editing

 Sync audio with visuals

 Add SFX, background scores, transitions

 Clean audio for clarity ᏧᏨᏩᏪᏫᏬᏭᏮ

5. Social Media Creativity

 Study trends & implement new editing styles

 Create thumb-stopping visuals optimized for Reels & Shorts

 Provide creative suggestions for new content ideas ᇤᇥᇦᇧᇨ

6. Brand & Content Understanding

 Understand brand tone & purpose

 Maintain visual consistency

 Contribute to creative direction and conceptualization

 Ability to think fast, ideate fast, and execute fast
