Creative Technologist

As a highly creative and technically skilled AI-Driven Creative Artist, you will be an integral part of our team, leveraging AI engines to produce top-tier illustrations, animations, and 3D assets. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with animators, designers, and writers to explore the innovative capabilities of AI-assisted art and animation in various projects such as explainer videos, marketing content, and character-driven narratives. Using advanced AI tools like Midjourney, Runway ML, and other generative platforms, you will create detailed illustrations, character designs, and 3D models. Additionally, you will develop AI-assisted animations and motion graphics to elevate creative output. Integration of AI-generated assets into animation pipelines using tools like Adobe After Effects and Blender will be a key aspect of your role. You will work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute projects that strike a balance between artistic vision and AI-generated elements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2+ years of experience in illustration, animation, or 3D design, along with a solid portfolio showcasing your creative work. Proficiency in AI tools like Midjourney, Runway ML, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion is essential. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D tools, a keen artistic sense, and the ability to adapt styles based on project requirements are also required. Moreover, you should be adept at troubleshooting and refining AI-generated outputs to meet high artistic standards. Preferred skills for this role include experience with scripting or automation to enhance AI output quality, a background in traditional art or animation, familiarity with machine learning or AI model customization, and proficiency in storyboarding and concept art development.
