Creative Strategist & Partner

About the Role
This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, brand building, and execution. You will work directly with the artist to develop, shape and grow the Semwal Universe, a multimedia mythos that spans music, visuals, social media, live experiences and future IP. You will be the strategic right hand, helping translate raw creative ideas into structured plans and then leading the execution end to end.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the artist to brainstorm concepts, narratives, campaigns and long form world building.
• Translate creative ideas into concrete strategies, content calendars, story arcs and production plans.
• Oversee the execution of social media strategy across platforms, ensuring consistency with the Semwal Universe identity.
• Lead production of photo, video, design and storytelling assets by managing editors, designers and external collaborators.
• Maintain and evolve the visual and thematic bible of the Semwal Universe.
• Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables for all creative projects.
• Research trends, opportunities, and cultural moments to integrate meaningfully into the universe.
• Serve as the coordination point between artist, management, collaborators and vendors.
• Track performance and analytics to refine strategy and improve future output.

Requirements

• Strong background in social media strategy, content direction or creative production.
• Excellent storytelling instincts with the ability to understand and expand a fictional or mythic world.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience overseeing creative teams or freelancers.
• Ability to think conceptually and execute operationally.
• Comfort with fast moving creative environments.
• Preferably experienced in music, entertainment or youth culture.

What This Role Enables
This is not a typical social media or creative role. You’ll be helping build a long term IP, shaping a fictional universe, crafting a visual language and guiding the storytelling that connects Semwal’s music, performances and mythos.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
