Creative Strategist

Role Overview: We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can ideate and plan influencer marketing campaigns from scratch. The ideal candidate should have an agency background and a proven track record of pitching ideas that were successfully executed by brands. This role demands a mix of creativity, brand understanding, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate brand briefs into creative influencer marketing campaign strategies.

• Ideate fresh, trend-led campaign concepts across niches and platforms.

• Develop and structure campaign decks, proposals, and pitch presentations.

• Work with the influencer team to align creators with campaign objectives.

• Stay ahead of social media, content, and cultural trends to inspire innovative ideas.

• Present and pitch ideas to clients in a compelling, story-driven manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from planning to execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of agency experience (digital/creative/influencer marketing).

• Proven track record of campaign ideas pitched and executed by brands.

• Strong creative storytelling and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹9,471.70 - ₹49,655.64 per month
