Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven, hands-on Creative Strategist to take end-to-end ownership of all digital and promotional campaign creative. This role combines creative leadership, performance marketing expertise, and production skills , with a strong focus on measurable growth (CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV). You will lead the entire creative lifecycle , from concept and strategy to hands-on production direction and data-driven optimization . Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Performance Ownership Define and execute data-driven creative strategies for acquisition and retargeting campaigns across paid channels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn). Develop campaign plans aligned with key marketing KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV). Conduct creative analytics and translate insights into actionable optimizations (A/B testing, format/theme testing). Keep updated with digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitor creative strategies . 2. Hands-On Production & Execution Lead creative production: storyboarding, ad copywriting, and guiding video shoots/post-production. Oversee production of all digital assets: performance videos, image ads, social media posts, web banners. Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns while optimizing for platform algorithms. 3. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor a creative team of 8 - 10 members (designers, content creators, video editors). Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to convert business objectives into high-converting creative campaigns. Essential Skills & Qualifications 5 - 10 years of experience in creative leadership , with a focus on digital performance marketing creative . Proven track record of creating assets that drive measurable results (CPA, ROAS, LTV). Expert knowledge of digital ad platforms and best practices (video specs, hooks, ad fatigue). Hands-on experience in video direction and production . Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize creative performance . Excellent leadership and communication skills to mentor and guide a dedicated team.
