Creative Strategist

Role Overview:

A Creative Strategist is the brain behind content ideas, campaigns, and brand storytelling. Your job is to mix creativity with business goals to craft campaigns that engage, attract, and convert customers online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning: Create creative concepts and campaign ideas for social media, Google ads, YouTube, influencer marketing, and more.
• Content Strategy: Plan what type of content (reels, posts, videos, ads) works best for clients based on their business goals.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, and digital trends. Bring viral ideas to campaigns.
• Brand Storytelling: Understand client’s brand voice and turn it into creative stories — whether it’s a reel, post, ad, or website.
• Creative Briefing: Work with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters — give them clear briefs with concept direction.
• Performance Analysis: Check how creative campaigns are performing. Suggest what to improve (content style, ad creatives, captions).
• Client Pitches: Present creative ideas to clients with proper explanation and mock-ups if needed.

Key Skills Needed:

• Creative thinking + problem-solving
• Understanding of social media algorithms
• Strong communication (Hindi + English)
• Copywriting basics
• Trend research
• Visual sense (what looks good online)
• Basic knowledge of paid ads (Facebook, Google) is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
