Creative Strategist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Strategist with 2 to 3 years of experience in ad agencies. As the Creative Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing creative campaigns, crafting compelling copy in both Malayalam and English, and ensuring that all creative output aligns seamlessly with client objectives. Collaborating closely with diverse teams, you will have the opportunity to bring innovative and engaging content to life across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include developing creative strategies and campaign concepts that effectively meet client goals, writing engaging and culturally relevant content for social media ads, hoardings, and websites in both Malayalam and English, and working hand in hand with designers and marketers to execute creative ideas. You will be expected to generate innovative content ideas for social media posts, ads, reels, and scripts, ensuring that all content resonates with the target audience while reflecting the brand's voice accurately. Additionally, you will participate in brainstorming sessions, present creative concepts internally, and analyze campaign performance to recommend creative improvements. To excel in this role, you should possess 2 to 3 years of experience in ad agencies or similar environments, along with exceptional writing and communication skills in both Malayalam and English. Your proven ability to create compelling and engaging content, work across various client industries, and collaborate effectively with teams is essential. A degree in Marketing, Communications, Literature, or a related field would be advantageous. Furthermore, you should be able to confidently pitch creative ideas to clients and team members and have previous experience in digital advertising and campaign strategy. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and a performance bonus. The working schedule is during the day shift, and the job requires fluency in Malayalam. The work location is in-person.
