The Position Sr Associate - Brand Solutions is responsible for the execution of impactful brand campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who understands the pop culture landscape, is eager to be part of it, and enjoys bringing ideas to life. About the Role: You will be a key part of executing impactful brand campaigns by working closely with clients, internal teams, and production partners to bring creative ideas to life. You will work with selected clients and lead all Brand Solutions for them, as per their briefs and on ideas proactively pitched by Spectal to fulfill their business goals. You will collaborate with the Creative team to ideate on concepts, using your insights about the client, brand, and business to create the right solutions. You will then work on executing these ideas and handle all their moving parts along with a team of juniors, and in collaboration with the production team, within set timelines and budgets. You will liaise with your clients as the main POC to ensure that the ideas and their execution are progressing in sync with the brand vision and business objectives. You will brainstorm, collaborate, and drive ideation for Spectals projects, and regularly research industry trends, new technologies, audiences, and brand campaigns to stay inspired, ahead of the curve, and constantly full of new ideas which we can turn into pop-culture defining brand solutions. You will lead the preparation of detailed campaign reports, ensuring that we get as much learning as we can after each campaign or project is concluded. Qualifications and Skills: Apply if you have prior experience of 2-4 years in events, experiential marketing, or media. Your educational background can be anything at all, but you gotta be very interested in culture - both pop culture, and independent sub-cultures growing across India and the world! The Position A creative visual designer to ideate on and design solutions for on-ground brand campaigns, events & activations across India. About the Role: You will be designing campaign identities, creatives and collateral as per different briefs, for different client objectives and on-ground experiences. The design briefs you work on will require versatility in skill and medium -for print, digital, and multimedia, ranging from graphics to illustrations to design systems. You’ll also be assisting in creative development of internal strategy presentations, brand pitch decks, case studies and more using different tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and more). You will be collaborating closely with copy, brand solutions and production teams, as well as other stakeholders, to brainstorm, plan projects, and integrate visual elements and key messages seamlessly into overall direction for execution. You will assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts and activation ideas based on the brand briefs. You’ll contribute to pitch presentations and may even have opportunities to present them to clients. You will be expected to stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design, and proactively incorporate new ideas and techniques into Spectal’s creative process. Qualifications and Skills: 0-2 years of experience of working in a design studio or Ad agency- work related to brand campaigns, designing collaterals for large-sized prints. Bonus points if you’ve worked on events and cultural properties. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects across different mediums (print, digital) and industries. (We’re not insistent on a design education if you have a portfolio to back it up, but if you have studied design - a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and composition. Knowledge and/or interest in brand events, experiential executions, culture and an evolution of trends with young audiences. A Sr Associate - Creative Strategy who will be ideating on innovative experiential marketing and brand activations, specifically across campus festivals and youth festivals. You’ll be part of the team conceptualising end-to-end campaign concepts and bringing fresh, youth-focused ideas to life. ABOUT THE ROLE: You will be a key part of shaping impactful brand campaigns by working closely with the Brand Solutions team to understand client objectives and the business landscape, and then bringing your creative vision in with new ideas. • Based on brand briefs, you will co-lead the brainstorming and development of creative concepts and activation ideas that connect with young audiences. You’ll also be leading pitch presentations, and will have opportunities to present your ideas directly to clients. • You’ll collaborate with Spectal’s brand solutions, creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure that ideas translate seamlessly from concept to execution. • You will regularly research industry trends, cultural shifts (especially related to the youth) and exciting brand campaigns to stay inspired, ahead of the curve, and constantly full of new ideas which we can turn into pop-culture defining experiences. • You will work across a diverse range of clients spanning Gaming, Automobile, FMCG, Lifestyle, Grooming, Fashion & Beauty, and many more — ensuring that every day and every campaign will be different and add to your knowledge (and portfolio). QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: • 1-3 years of working in an experiential agency or ad agency with past experience in events & experiential marketing are preferred. • You just have to be very interested in culture - both pop culture, and independent sub-cultures growing across India and the world! • You must be a strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to conceptualise innovative ideas as per different briefs and client objectives. • You should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to pitch and present ideas confidently. • You gotta know how to build a compelling and creative deck.
