Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Planning

• Develop monthly content calendars
• Research industry trends (AI, digital marketing, skill development)
• Generate viral ideas for reels, shorts, carousels, and stories
• Create content themes for educators, students, and job seekers

Content Creation

• Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos
• Write scripts, hooks, captions, and storytelling content
• Create AI-generated content using tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway (optional but preferred)

Social Media Management

• Publish and schedule posts across platforms
• Monitor analytics and optimize content
• Respond to comments and engage with community
• Identify growth opportunities

Brand Building

• Maintain a consistent brand voice
• Understand target audience deeply (students, job seekers, educators)
• Create content aligned with Maximum Learning’s mission

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media trends
• Excellent scriptwriting & storytelling ability
• Creativity + problem-solving + consistency
• Ability to work independently and with team and deliver content daily
• Knowledge of AI tools
• Experience working with edtech brands, influencers, or startups is a plus
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts
